"Small Size Packet," we are generally referring to packages with dimensions similar to that of a shoebox. These packages are typically smaller in size and weight compared to larger or bulkier shipments.

"Large Size Packet," we are generally referring to products such as televisions that are bigger than 32 inches. These products are typically larger and heavier compared to smaller items or packages.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, providing you with a 30-day window after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please be aware that any items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. It's important to note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your merchandise may require additional time.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it promptly. If you come across any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Please be advised that certain types of items are non-returnable. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Moreover, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any inquiries or concerns regarding a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regrettably, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The most efficient way to acquire the desired item is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is authorized, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

3-Day Cooling Off Period for European Union

In compliance with regulations, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, regardless of the reason, and without justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same immaculate condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return to inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
